He was supposed to show up between 1 and 3 on 6/15/2020 to pick up my vehicle. I was not able to get in touch with him after the one time I got in touch with him at about 3 o’clock pm and he said he would call his driver to find out where hes at and he was gonna call me back and he never did. I called 10 times and nothing i even texted him with no response. He offered a good amount for the van.

These people never showed up. time to show up between 3pm an 5: 00. try to call the driver never answered. i no call no show. had me sitting here and now I’m 2 hours late for work.yeah this place is nothing but a freaking waste of time. Don’t even waste your time even trying to set up a time for them to come and pick up scrap because they do nothing but mess you around then don’t even show up their own company dispatcher couldn’t even get a hold of the driver pretty sure he’s down at the bar around the corner getting wasted and then they did actually get a hold of me it’s supposed to show up by 5:30 it’s 5:00 46 p.m. right now I was supposed to be at work at 4:00 this evening yeah complete waste of time

Even though I had a hectic schedule and some issues on my end with scheduling (added to the fact I live an hour away), they went the extra mile to stay in contact with me, and helped to find a pickup time that worked for both of us. Highly recommended.

Dropping off after hours was a hassle, the key drop is hard to find and not labeled. This was made doubly frustrating due to it being dark and the key drop being located at the parking lot entrance and not by the door.
Service was timely and of good quality.
