Not a company we will ever be doing business with again! We spent over 2 months trying to get our parts, phone calls and voicemails were not returned. When we did speak with the supervisor we were told parts were on the way multiple times, however they could not provide a tracking number. When we did get our “complete order” it was missing half of the parts. We had to fight for over a month to even get any answers. Eventually, we were told we would be getting a credit for the missing parts (that we were told had shipped) and excessive delay. A week went by and no credit was issued. We called back and the credit promised dropped $45 dollars. We had to go elsewhere to get the parts we were told had shipped, without getting a full credit. The lies told, excuses made, and poor customer service can only be excused so many times. Buyers beware!

Someone swerved into my dually wheel on my Dodge RAM 3500 and crumpled it. I never knew finding a 17″, 6″ deep 8 bolt rim in the Chicago area would be so difficult! Several different days I spent a couple hours calling and/or checking the web pages of junkyards from Gary Indiana to Elgin, only to come up empty. However Speedway Auto Parts website appeared to show several in stock. When I called them to verify availability, Cedric was helpful in not only verifying availability, but in confirming that these were the correct depth. And when I took the ride out to Joliet, he was patient when I wanted to verify the rims Speedway had were identical to the other 6 rims already on my vehicle, thus making them suitable for use as a spare for the dually wheels. Five star service! Big thank yous to Cedric and to Speedway Auto Parts!
