I found a used part they are selling and called them. First they would not confirm until they physically found the part. most places will tell you to drive over while they look for it but this place was a classact in the fact they wanted to confirm the part actually exists!
Then, they actually called me and told me they have it and will send me pictures via text messages, and if I like the part. call them back. They did and the part was in good shape so i called them back. I told them its an hour drive so I’m not sure If i can pick it up today and thats when they offered to ship it! I did not know these places ship and that was fantastic to hear! The shipping price was a little higher than flat rate but it was essentially the same cost as gas to drive there. It was no brainer.
The package arrived the next day!!!!
Now I kind of honestly wish I drove because it would seem these are folks that I want to build a friendship with rather than just buy a part from and receive this excellent service anyway!

Fixed my Car’s 2 year old alternator (bearings failed) for a total of $40 for the Alternator and $20 for the tools to do the job. Alternator was basically brand new with the reman stickers still on the case, so that was a nice find. Owner was a nice guy too, which is always a plus. Would definitely come back to this recycler again!
