Alex at your Henderson location needs to learn to be more customer service oriented he was very rude to me today when I went in there to pick up a Window…. James in the park’s department was very helpful and could probably teach Alex a few things
Alex personally called me today and apologized and rectified the situation. I GREATLY appreciate him taking accountability and apologizing personally to me. I needed glass for my truck driver side door. Due to current inflation rates everyone else was insanely expensive these guys are still reasonable good customer service and they actually call you back. And they actually know what parts they and they pulled in for you without having a $20 part pool fee like Erie Auto salvage has also unlike you pull and pay or LKQ where you have to pay a cover charge and just go walk the yard for hours with their slips being wrong the car’s not being in the right spots and everything else.

bought a motor from them on sept 2nd. as of today the 19th no motor no call and no replies to messages. I called today and they claim that the order was canceled but I never got my money refunded. or a call to tell me why or anything. do not do business here!
