Great customer service! They did not have what I needed but Jeremy (I think was his name, may have been Jessie…) found my part at a different location (in WVa) and had it shipped. He called when the part arrived and was ready for pickup. This place has a good team!
After over 45 minutes on hold and multiple hangups and callbacks, I was told they do not have the part that they have listed on car-part.com. Before I could even attempt to ask a further question, they hung up.
I’ve never wrote a review but I had to for this situation. DO NOT order from them if they do not have the part on-hand. They lied every time I talked to them. I paid them 3k for a transmission that needed to be shipped in. 3 weeks later, after lying each week saying it was about to arrive he tells me today it never shipped out and he’ll give me a refund. That doesn’t help when I haven’t had my car for several weeks.
Inquired about some parts via email.. Jason respond once but then ghosted me and never responded after multiple emails..
Staff seems helpful to a degree, and willing to get a part they don’t have. Each time I have called though I end up not wanting the part because of the price. In talking with others I am apparently not the only one that thinks prices are high. In my most recent interaction I was placed on hold, than apparently forgotten about. In trying to call back I could never get a hold of anybody. While it wasn’t a big sale by any means, it did cost them a sale and resulted in a bad review.
