Easy 5 stars, Justin Morgan is the best. Made the whole car buying experience great from beginning to end. He answered all my questions, no pressure sales, and was extremely personable. Overall I purchased my second Subaru here and traded in my 2015 Outback. Due to low stock, I did have to order my vehicle and wait about 3 months, but I thought that was worth it as I got to customize it to exactly what I wanted.
Fast forward to 6 months later, I am coming in for my first scheduled service and Romeo Morris has helped me seemlessly through the process. I am a huge fan of Subaru to say the least. Friendly staff, environmentally conscious, Family forward (Kid’s Korner) complimentary snacks and drinks, pet friendly, too many pluses to keep track of. I will continue to come back year after year, and drive my Subaru proudly!

I originally bought my car from the Subaru of Thousand Oaks in California and let me tell you what a scam they have going on over there. I needed my car looked at and they wouldn’t help me out unless I had my sales persons approval first and of course it was impossible getting a hold of him after 4 calls and 3 text messages I finally gave up and assumed Subaru had shafted me and I was going to get no help with my car. Then I moved out to Vegas a few months ago and finally gave the dealership out here a try. WOW I have not gotten great service like that in so long! Jobe was my go to guy on the counter and he walked me through everything, heard about my nightmare dealing with TOs dealership and even gave me info about my car that I never knew. Also what a cool show room, they have a fish tank from the show Tanked and have the hands down best snack counter you will ever see. I REALLY cannot say enough about how much more enjoyable the experience has been and I really wish I would have purchased my car through them but definitely gonna give them all my business from here on out.
