I can’t say enough good about Ted’s Towing. We were stranded on the Interstate in our RV. In no time at all Heath from Ted’s towing pulled up. We didn’t think his tow truck would be able to tow our RV but this obviously was not his first time towing an RV. He was efficient, very reassuring, and took good car of our “home”. Ted is a humble and kind Marine Vietnam Veteran. Thank you for your commitment to our country and your business. We were traveling through and just booked a hotel in Buffalo since Sheridan’s hotels were booked due to the rodeo. Our Triglide trike had a flat and it was towing our bunkhouse. Ted came out and had taken the time to ensure the mufflers did not get scrapped while lifting on truck he also towed the bunkhouse camper. When we got to hotel he made sure our room was confirmed. Pure professional.
I was on my way from Casper, WY to Billings, MT to have my diesel pickup serviced due to a faulty DEF sensor. By the time i reached Sheridan, truck was saying it would go into “protection” mode in 110 miles due to low fluud level. Chris was the driver and found that the bracket holding the sensor was loose, fixed it, secured the sensor. I still needed the tow… truck still under warranty. If he hadn’t of secured the bracket, they would have probably blamed it on me. 3-5k job if not under warranty. Awesome people. #AboveandBeyond
