Absolutely irresponsible organization and incompetent employees! On the phone they convinced that they have a bumper. We explained that we would specially go from afar. We arrived, and on the spot they said that there was an error and there was no bumper. We drove 4 hours one way. Wasted time and fuel. And they just said that they made a mistake and could not help. I do not recommend contacting them!
Very ignorant and rather yell at you than provide service and take care of the issue. I ordered the bmw engine that had 6 bolts broke for the upper oilpan. That couldn’t be drilled out and they wouldn’t warranty or return the engine.
had a van removed with peddler and tennesse auto was the tow service they sent!! Just wanted to thank the tow truck driver again!! he came thursday afternoon it was so hot out.. my driveway is hard to maneuver just with a small car… He was so polite, very sweet and worked very hard getting my van out of driveway! he smiled the whole time despite the sun making it so hot in driveway! kudos to him… just a hard working gentlemen
They broke my windshield on the highway, then completely denied any responsibility. Knowing that most people won’t be willing to push to sue over what IS their fault. Completely criminal.
I called 2 times and they told me that the bumper is there and in good condition, in the end I drove for 4 hours and there was no bumper or car on the junk. I spent almost a whole day on the road due to your irresponsibility.
