Tolpa’s is one of the best auto recyclers out there. They sell recycled used parts. There is always a certain amount of customer-service-related issues that come with selling used parts. Tolpa’s has always done a great job of accommodating the customer. Their leadership from Bill Tolpa down is exceptional. Tyrone and Samantha are both incredible sales reps with exceptional follow through!
They told me to go ahead and come and get the part. They are a twenty minute drive away. Sat there forty minutes and was told sorry honey we will have to call you when its ready. How are you even in business. Worst customer service ever. Whoever is giving good reviews must be friends and employees. Definitely not the customers.
Peaceful 3hr drive to the middle of no where LoL didn’t think a dirt Rd in the middle of grass and hills was gonna prove worthy but INDEED. easy peasy it was. Good folks. Quality stuff
This is a great place to do business. They have everything and are exceptionally easy to work with. My salesperson, Samantha, is a real delight and has made my transactions really easy. I highly recommend Tolpa’s when you want parts at reasonable prices.
ORDERED online not only did I drive 45 min but the wait to get the part was 20 min only 1 there but the pic of the bumper was sneaky they showed the bumper and tried to give me a part behind the bumper will never be going back sue to shady and the unorganized mess I got a Hassel about getting my money back
