I love coming here, now that they’re not so short staffed, the associates aren’t tired and are super nice to every customer. Very energetic team, especially the one girl who has darker skin and black hair, I never got her name, but she’s usually the one to help me. She’s always got a smile on her face and is ready to help both her teammates and customers alike. Kudos to her and also to the management team for hand-picking such a great team. It’s one thing when a group of people can work together well, but when it reflects and is easy for the customer to see, that’s even better. I thoroughly enjoy my time spent both in the yard and in the “office”/cashiers place, every trip I make is worth it, even if I don’t get what I need which has only happened once. The girl I mentioned earlier even marketed their parts perks program in a phenomenal manner, and I ended up getting a discount on next my total purchase! It’s definitely my favorite yard to go to now, and I hope they keep up what they’re doing right now because it’s great. I hope this review finds who it needs to, customers and employees alike. At the end of the day. If you need discounted parts and customer service with a smile and hospitality, UPAP is your go-to.

Very dissatisfied. I sold them my car for scrap. I went online, submitted the information, called and was quoted $440 for my car. Also, given a reference number to receive that amount. Wasn’t told that expired in 72 hours, was told it was good indefinitely by the guy on the phone. Well over 72 hours later I bring my car in and am told that is not the case. Had to redo the request and CONVENIENTLY scrap is now going for less–$380 for my car instead of $440. This is probably their little scam they run if someone goes over the 72 hours. I feel cheated and am extremely unhappy I was lied to. To me that says everything about the integrity of this place. They’ve lost a customer. I won’t do business with shady people. And I will warn everyone who brings them up about their shady practices. If you can, at all costs go somewhere else. If you do go, pay close attention to what they say and find a way to verify if it’s accurate. It cost me $60.

Just be sure check the days cars are listed because within 2days the yard is destroyed from people just ripping parts that could be good for some people..if they didn’t have such a wide variety one star.

Walk in and used the parts computer to find where the cars are that may have the parts you need. Went out and got my parts and I was on my way back home.Total time was under an hour. This place is awesome.
The only thing I would recommend is the use of golf carts, I’m disabled and I know that would sure make things alot easier. I know some other places have them but you have to drive to the other side of town just to get a your parts. I live in Fishers and I’m not going to do that unless I absolutely have to. Thank You

I sold a 2000 Jeep-to these guys to junk it. They “jumped the title” (not legal per BMV) and sold it to an unsuspecting young woman as “nothing wrong with it”. They also gave her my address so she could follow up with me. I’d ordered a duplicate title that I never received and still had the original one. She is unable to plate it until I receive the 3rd duplicate title as the duplicate cancels any title before it. What a major mess!!! I will never deal with these guys again. They could have done it legally and processed the title. They would then have been able to contact me to correct the issue. THEY WILL VIOLATE YOUR PRIVACY. BEWARE OF DEALING WITH THESE GUYS!!!
Reply to U-Pull…. The date your employee came out and picked up the Jeep was 7/6/22. Late morning or early afternoon. On 7/8/22 the young lady to whom the car was sold came to my door with the title. She said she had gotten my information from your facility. We called you to pick up the jeep for junk and it wasn’t running when picked up. The young man driving tour flatbed was probably early 30s. Heavy set, under 6 ft Caucasian with short cut lighter hair.
