I need a specific part for a car, I went in to U Pull, I got a 15% discount coming in for the first time. I had to get a wheelbarrow at the entrance to get any part I pulled. Customer friendly place and their yard are well arranged.

Excellent prices on used parts, be aware there is a warranty fee for everything you purchase along with a core charge for certain items. So expect to pay a chunk of money beyond what the listed prices for parts are. On top of that they charge a just under a 8% sales tax on everything. All in all its costs a chunk but you are going to get a good deal no matter what.

The staff were very helpful and friendly on check-in and check-out. On check-in they provided me with an inventory list of cars that were compatible with the vehicles I owned and was looking for with a receipt print-out (lot id, color, year, make, model and engine size). I didn’t find everything I was looking for, but I did find most of the major bits and pieces I was looking for. The had wheelbarrows for moving your tools and parts around the yard which was very helpful. I now follow them on Facebook so I can see any new arrivals before they get too picked over.

Both yards are amazing. Other self-service yards could learn from these guys! Yards are clean and well-organized, vehicles are raised for easy access, prices are ridiculously low, they maintain a searchable database of all in-stock vehicles,and best of all the staff is super friendly and helpful! Big shout out to Megan and Karl for running such a top-notch facility. Wish I could give 10 stars

Normally u pull parts is great but I go to Blain Normally.. today two separate employees had adatude with me when I didn’t want two parts cause the were two high priced.

Boss came out to talk to me made an effort to make things right.
