They sold my son a “piece of junk” van. She told him there was nothing wrong it. They’d just bought a new van and was selling their old one. I feel like it came in as salvage, and she sold it as not salvage. It needs heads replaced. Air doesn’t work. So much wrong with it. They supposedly fixed it but same problem came back in a very short time. Whenever he called her, she’d remind him that it’s sold “as is”. How could any decent human being sell something like this, especially to a man with 2 small children he has to transport? Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This place went above and beyond to help us today! Was stranded in southern Indiana and tried to get truck fixed to get back home to northern Indiana before weather got worse. At the end of the day they had our part and even let us fix it there. Thank you so much! Made it back home to our families safe and sound! Thank you Mr. Underwood!

We traveled over a hundred miles for a transmission. Paid over $200 for it and it didnt work. We finally get to where we can get back up there to exchange it and they said it was exchange only and they tell us they dont even have the part out when they said over a week ago that they did. Terrible service, Dont try to assist well at all.Waste gas to much so lost tons of money. Never work with them again.

Ordered rim from them online pictures showed right rim for my truck but when it came it was not the right one or the one in the picture on there add they never returned any of my emails calls or messages
