We had bought a truck from a car dealership that used them as a mechanic. We had a 3 month warranty on the transmission they had put in it. It started to slip, so we had to take it up there for them to fix it. The owner himself and his mechanic came out to the truck, looked at the transmission, and tried to tell me, who was driving the truck, that there’s nothing wrong with it. That the transmission was new and was nothing wrong with it at all. He was trying to downplay it so he didn’t have to fix the problem. The owner and the mechanic had a nasty attitude and were very rude. The owner even answered his phone in front of us and started yelling at the person on the phone. They are not professional people at all. I get that the transmission was not 100% guaranteed to work, but it was the way he handled the issue that was the problem. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere, to people who actually care about you and your way of going.

Bought a used engine and was given a price and was told when I brought in the core and picked up the engine they would take off the core chargesfrom the price but they didn’t they added to the price

Have used them before, this time was different. Usually excellent service and sales. Today I called at 4:48 p.m., about
brake switch, spoke with a Tony. He was not helpful at all and would not let me finish my question that he would interrupt and answer, and didn’t know the question. He cut me off each time I tried to ask something. They close at 5:00. My only thought is he was in a hurry to leave. I will continue to use them but will not deal with Tony again.
