If you’re looking for stellar customer service this place is the real deal. The owner worked quickly to locate a bumper with the brackets needed for my vehicle that are no longer available through retail stores.
When I picked up the part the owner took the time to explain what type and size tools would be required for installation, as well as what tools wouldn’t work. As a woman, I found it refreshing to be given guidance without question about my knowledge of the parts I need or skill level. Absolutely stellar service. I and family live in SW Virginia and my son’s car gave up the ghost outside of Harrisburg. We managed to get my son back home, and these guys worked with us to get the car towed a rather long distance to their salvage yard. This arrangement was done by phone conversations alone, including the price they were willing to pay for the car (more than we found elsewhere, and much less complicated in terms of timing and dealing with the title). And since it was all by phone I admit to wondering whether my son would ever see a check. He did receive what was promised. Based on that, I’d have to say without question these are folks you can trust!

Sold me a bad engine. I returned it and got a refund. The staff there were good about it and all but my time and effort of installing it and than removing it were a waste and had to drive 2 hours each way to grab it and then return it which was also a waste of time and money. I just hope they check there parts better next time before selling them off.

My experience was fantastic. The term “junkyard” does not apply to this business. I found a rare part I needed on line and then spoke with them on the phone to make special pickup arrangements. They pulled the part and checked it over before charging my credit card, and the part was in better condition than I expected. You can tell what it is like even from an aerial view online. The cars are arranged neater than in a parking lot, mostly diagonally parked for easy access with grassy lanes between the rows instead of dirt. Absolutely top notch and a pleasant experience!

My son was home for just a short weekend and lost his windshield wiper motor on the way here. They were calling for rain for his 3 hour drive back and no parts stores had a motor in stock. I was sick about the thought of my son driving on the turnpike with no wipers. We called Dan on a Saturday afternoon and he had a wiper motor ready within an hour. Great service, friendly and fast. I highly recommend!
