I stopped in on today, 9-7-21. It looks like a very nice facility, but they didn’t have a part for my 2014 Escape. I needed something as simple as a brake pedal pad. The last time that I visited this establishment was in 2017.
Needed a headlight and fender, they said i cant see the parts before i purchase them, i cant pull them myself , and i wont get a refund if they are damaged..Tim literally said i will lose my money. sounds like a scam to me, why wouldn’t i be able to see what im spending nearly $500 on, stay away from these boneheads
Get to know Hunter. He’s a very helpful person and will look forward to working with him in future. We drove from Maryland and found our part for the Dodge Challenger ready and being stored in a clean area. It was in great shape.
