I called them late in the evening. They helped me winch out my company’s dump truck out of some mud that my guys got it stuck into. It was angled in the worst way so it had to be winched out at a 90 degree angle basically.
It only took Jean, the tow truck driver, like 2 minutes to get the truck out of the mud. Didn’t damage a single thing and then waited for my guys to get out of the mud completely and onto some gravel just in case they got stuck again.
They’re gonna be the first people I’m calling next time the need arises.

We have a rare and special bus which unfortunately had a breakdown. Finding a company who could haul it was difficult. Finding a professional who not only could haul, but did so with such care and attention to detail… So rare! This was the case with Gene and Whiteside Towing. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience here and highly recommend anyone within the towing boundary for Whiteside towing to give them a call for vehicle recycling. I was able to get same day towing for my fathers 96 Toyota corolla and the cost was lower than I expected. I was very impressed that my father was able to sign the “In lue of title affidavit” here at the tow truck in our parking lot so we could sign over the vehicle thanks to our amazing tow truck driver also being a notary. I was really worried we wouldn’t make our deadline until I gave them a call. They definitely made a life long customer! The particular tow driver we got also had phenomenal customer service and was extra nice about my elderly father being a bit slow. 🙂

Gene came and helped me get out of a deep ditch in my work van. Considering I was anxious being stuck at all and after dark he got me out quickly and with no damage to my precious work van. Let the pictures speak for itself. This is what happens when you hire Whiteside towing. Good luck and my opinion call someone else. Oh and they still wanted us to pay for the the tow after they hit an overpass and fiberoptics and the list goes on all while towing our truck.
