I bought a loaded knuckle for my car and they sent me a bent up super rusted piece of junk. I’m super disappointed, then I had to send a million pictures for them to agree to a refund. No before I can get a refund they want me to eat the shipping when I discussed with the person taking my order that there parts looked great on eBay and I was expecting something better than what I got. I’m in disbelief that this is there policy on getting a refund. Disappointed and frustrated. I will never use them again!!

Usually good to deal with, but this time I was severely disappointed. Was looking for a replacement fog light for my Forester and they had one listed on car-part.com – looked like a good unit from the photo (see attached)… Drove nearly an hour to go get it and when they handed it to me I was shocked! The light I was handed was NOT the same one from the picture – not even close!
This thing had TWO large stone chips all the way thru the glass, the reflector chrome was flaking off all over inside, it was just awful.. worse than the one I took off the car! It should never have even been listed as an available part.
Needless to say, I left empty handed. Not a great experience.

Found the perfect hood after 7 months. The deliver company damaged it. Yaeger promptly refunded me and apologized for the inconvenience. An A++ company! Would recommend to anyone. Not often you find good customer service anymore.
