Thu rudest and unhuman customer service I have ever experienced. When I called the worker told me that we could take a look at the vehicle by 4 pm. My Dad drove 65 miles and he refused to let him in to check if the car had sensors.Misleading and unprofessional company.

I called last week to find a mustang passenger door ,they say we”ll get it off by Tuesday . I come Wednesday and I’m from Erie which is 100 miles away so it took a hour and a half to get there. I finally arrive and all is well untill I see the door ,they pulled the driver’s side door so I had to explain thats the wrong side door and they said well we could pull it Friday. I told them no, but I could pull it today? ,they said no. I explained I can’t wait till Friday because I already wasted my time coming here as well as my fuel $50. They refunded my money but how can you get passenger vs driver side confused , it says it in the name ?
The only reason didn’t give them 5 stars is the part I paid for over the phone wasn’t ready when they told me it was going to be ready a day later
